The Coffee Skills Program (CSP) was built by SCA to create a structured learning pathway with specific qualification levels. The Specialty coffee industry is a diverse industry with lots of unique opportunity, the CSP allows you to choose a personalised education path that suits your specific interests and individual career goals.
How it works;
6 modules.
3 Levels.
1 Diploma
The CSP consists of six different modules: Introduction to Coffee (which only has one level), and five specialist modules: Barista Skills, Brewing, Green Coffee, Roasting and Sensory Skills, that each contain three levels of skill and knowledge (Foundation, Intermediate & Professional) and attract points after completion.
Learners can choose the modules and levels that fit their specific interests and career needs, and once 100 points have been accumulated will be awarded the SCA Coffee Skills Diploma.
