Course Structure

PART 1 - ONLINE INTRO VIDEOS

Anytime from your smart phone or computer

• Approx. 1.5hrs to watch before starting part 2

PART 2 - THEORETICAL TRAINING

Saturday’s at 3pm to 5pm

• Join us in our training centre in Brisbane, OR

• Join us on your smartphone and watch the live presentation

PART 3 - PRACTICAL TRAINING

Saturday’s at 5pm to 6pm

• You will be asked to perform specific tasks at our training centre in Brisbane, OR

• You can direct us in a live video call how to successfully perform the tasks (the instructor will perform the task for you while you're telling them what to do).

PART 4 - ONLINE EXAM

Anytime from a computer

• You will be emailed a study guide (PDF) of the course slides and given 21 days to successfully complete the 20 multiple choice questions in the online exam. The passing score for the exam is 60% (12 correct answers) and you will have 2 attempt to complete it.

PART 5 - CERTIFICATE

• SCA will review your exams within 2 weeks and email you within a link to download your certificate.
